Outdoor Space Hire Information
Lower Church Garden
The Lower Church Garden is available for hire for parties and gatherings at the rate of £25 per hour. As this area is a public space frequented by young children, we kindly request that all rubbish and waste be cleared away following your event. Failure to adhere to this policy will result in the retention of your deposit.
Use of the Churchyard
The churchyard may be used, but only with prior permission, and at an additional charge of £25. We kindly ask that you are considerate during your visit, as this area is also the residence of our Vicar. Please be mindful that large or noisy gatherings have the potential to infringe upon his personal space and privacy. As a result, use of the outdoor space is not permitted after 7:00pm unless special arrangements have been made in advance.

Bouncy Castle Guidelines
Bouncy castles may be used outdoors on church premises; in the Lower Churchyard Garden only, however, these are not covered under the church’s insurance policy. Please note that bouncy castles are not permitted in the Churchyard.
Should you wish to have a small bouncy castle inside the hall, this may be permitted depending on the number of children attending. Prior permission must be sought from the parish office for indoor use, and an additional charge of £10 will apply.
All equipment must be delivered and collected within the time frame of your rental agreement. Additionally, it is essential that your chosen bouncy castle provider holds fully comprehensive insurance cover for the duration of the event.
